Emma Hallstrom, Senior Consultant, Management Coaching

 

 

Emma Hallstrom has several years of experience from education, finance and conflict handling such as street mediation. Emma has a degree in educational drama, and ‘work and organizational psychology’. She is currently completing her MA in Intercultural communication at Shanghai Theatre Academy.

 

 

Together with her partner Maja-Stina J. Wang, Emma has developed a training program focusing on cross cultural communication, teambuilding, creative leadership and conflict handling in China. They have been working with national and international companies and institutions in China. They are recognized speakers at national educational conferences, and participated at the Nordic design and innovation week, as well as the Nordic Business Forum 2016. During the China visit of the Swedish minister of gender equality, Emma and Maja presented their training method on gender equality in China.

 

 

Beside their work, Maja and Emma are also known for their successful performances at big international events in the Nordic community in Shanghai.

 

 

Emma speaks intermediate level mandarin chinese.
